Independent Providers
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, specialists, vendors, sellers, and service providers introduced or recommended by Suave Private are independent third parties.
They are responsible for their own representations, products, services, contractual obligations, licensing, insurance, warranties, and performance.
An introduction or recommendation does not constitute a guarantee of a third party's suitability or future conduct.
Research and Verification
The level of research, vetting, verification, inspection, or due diligence performed will depend on the nature of the request and the scope of the engagement.
Unless expressly agreed in writing, Suave Private does not guarantee that every statement made by a third party has been independently verified, or that an item, work, credential, or representation has been authenticated by an appropriately qualified expert.

Client Decisions
Clients remain responsible for deciding whether to proceed with a recommended item, provider, or opportunity and for reviewing the applicable terms before committing.
Unless expressly agreed otherwise, any purchase or service contract with an independent provider is between the client and that provider.
Suave Private is not responsible for a third party's acts or omissions except to the extent responsibility arises from obligations Suave Private has expressly undertaken or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Compensation and Referral Relationships
